Introduction	Bottle of easy-to-pour and store agar medium is designed for rapid preparation.Just heat in a microwave for 3 minutes to fully melt, ideal for laboratories requiring fast and efficient media preparation.

How to use	1.Loosen Cap – Slightly loosen before heating.Do NOT heat in a microwave with the cap tightly closed! 2. Microwave on high for 3mins until melted, take out and tighten the cap. Or place the bottle in a boiling water bath for 20–30 minutes until completely melted. 3.Cool to ~50 ° C – Wait until warm, not hot. 4. Pour plates: In a sterile environment, pour the cooled medium into sterile Petri dishes. Let the agar solidify before use or storage.
Notes	a)If not fully melted in 3 min using your microwave, break into pieces or extend heating by 0.5–1 min. b)Overheating may cause water loss and reduced nutrient quality. c)Do not use if contaminated or microbial growth is visible. d)Pour plates under sterile conditions to prevent contamination. e)Single use only. Pour all medium at once, do not re-melt.
