APPLICATION	For the selective enrichment of Listeria.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 49.4 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.
	3. Cool the sterilized medium to about 45°C, add 1 tube of LB1 reagent (2.7 mg of acriflavin hydrochloride and 4.5 mg of nalidixic acid) per 225 mL of base, and add 1 tube of LB2 reagent (5.0 mg of acriflavin hydrochloride and 4.0 mg of nalidixic acid) per 200 mL of base.

	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
