DESCRIPTION	Motility Test Medium
APPLICATION	Used for bacterial motility observation and strain preservation.
PREPARATION	1. Weigh 22 g of the medium and dissolve in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
	2. Heat with stirring until fully dissolved.
	3. Dispense into test tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Allow the medium to solidify vertically before use.

	Peptone	10.0
	Beef Extract Powder	3.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Agar	4.0
	Final pH(25℃)	7.4 ±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, and tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
