| Introduction |
Sodium chloride is one of the most commonly used inorganic salts in biochemical research. It is primarily derived from seawater and is the main component of table salt. Injection-grade sodium chloride has a purity of ≥99.5%, meets pharmacopeia standards, and strictly controls impurities. Heavy metals (e.g., lead, arsenic, mercury) are ≤1 ppm, sulfates ≤0.002%, and calcium/magnesium ≤0.001%. It contains no toxic organic residues such as solvents or pesticides. It is widely used in biochemical experiments, culture media preparation, and buffer formulation. |
