APPLICATION	For the enrichment of Staphylococcus aureus, and the culture of fastidious organisms.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 37.0 g in 1 L of distilled water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.

	Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissues	10.0
	Dehydrated Calf Brain Infusion	12.5
	Dehydrated Beef Heart Infusion	5.0
	Glucose	2.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Disodium Hydrogenphosphate, Anhydrous	2.5
	Final pH (25℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
