PREPARATION	Add each vial of the supplement to 225 mL of Shigella Broth Base (GF1033F/KL1033F) to prepare Modified EC Broth.

STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
