APPLICATION	For the selective isolation of staphylococci.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 58.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into flasks. Autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to 45-50℃ and aseptically add 5 ml of Egg-Yolk Tellurite Enrichment to every 100 ml base medium. Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

	Lithium Chloride	5.0

	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
