APPLICATION	For the selective isolation and culture of Listeria monocytogenes.

PREPARATION	1. Suspend 73.9 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Dispense and autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to 50 ℃ below and aseptically add 1 vial of Supplement (Cat. TJ011F) to every 100 mL of base medium. Mix well.

STORAGE	Store in the dark at room temperature before use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3.After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
	4. Pay attention to dust when weighing and wear a mask to avoid causing discomfort to the respiratory system.
