APPLICATION A supplement for the selective enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes.
PREPARATION Rehydrate the contents of each vial (Supplement A and Supplement B) with 5 ml sterile distilled water and aseptically add it to every 500 ml of Fraser Broth Base (GF1182F/KL1182F) to prepare Fraser Broth.

Ammonium Ferric Citrate 250.0

Acriflavine 12.5
Nalidixic Acid 10.0
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2‑8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 2 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
