APPLICATION	For the detection of coliforms and the fluorogenic detection of Escherichia coli.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 41.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
PREPARATION	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave.

	Bile Salts No. 3	1.5
	Neutral Red	0.03
	Crystal Violet	0.002
	Agar	15.0
	MUG (4‑Methylumbelliferyl‑ß‑D‑Glucuronide)	0.1
	Final pH (25℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2‑25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
