APPLICATION A supplement for the selective isolation of Listeria monocytogenes. (ISO)
PREPARATION Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial with 5 ml sterile distilled water and aseptically add it to every 500 ml of PALCAM Agar Base (GF1036F/KL1036F) to prepare PALCAM Agar.
COMPOSITION Ingredients Each vial
Polymyxin B Sulfate 5000 IU
Acriflavine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg
Ceftazidime 10 mg
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 2 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
