APPLICATION	A supplement for selective enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes.
PREPARATION	Add each vial each of TJ071F and TJ072F to 100 mL of Fraser Broth Base (GF1182F/KL1182F) to prepare Fraser Broth.
	Nalidixic acid	2.0
	Acriflavine Hydrochloride	2.5
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
PRECAUTIONS	2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
