APPLICATION An antibiotic supplement for the detection and enumeration of Clostridium perfringens from foods.
PREPARATION Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial with 5 ml sterile distilled water and aseptically add it to every 500 ml of TSC Agar Base (GF1075F/KL1075F) to prepare TSC Agar.
COMPOSITION Ingredients mg/vial
D-Cycloserine 0.04
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 2 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
