APPLICATION	A supplement for the selective isolation and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio species, including Vibrio vulnificus.
PREPARATION	Add 2 vials to 90 mL of Modified Cellobiose Polymyxin Colistin (mCPC) Agar Base (GF1129F/KL1129F) and mix thoroughly to prepare Modified Cellobiose Polymyxin Colistin (mCPC) Agar.
	Cellobiose	0.5 g
	Polymyxin B	5000 U
	Polymyxin E	20000 U
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
PRECAUTIONS	2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
