APPLICATION	A supplement for the enumeration in accordance to the MPN method and selective enrichment of Staphylococcus aureus.
PREPARATION	Add 0.1 ml of the supplement to 9 ml of Modified Giolitti and Cantoni Broth Base (GF1678F/KL1678F) to prepare Modified Giolitti and Cantoni Broth.
COMPOSITION	Potassium Tellurite	10.0
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
PRECAUTIONS	2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
