APPLICATION	For selective enrichment of Salmonella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 93.6 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave.
	3. Cool to 50 ℃ below, aseptically add 1 vial of Brilliant Green Solution (Cat. TJ004F) and 1 vial of Iodine Solution (Cat. TJ003F) to every 100 mL of base medium.
	Note: The culture medium with Brilliant Green and Iodine Solution should be used on the same day and should not be reheated.

	Calcium Carbonate	40.5
	Anhydrous Sodium Thiosulfate	31.9
	Ox Bile Salts	5.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.6±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2‑25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
