APPLICATION	A differential and slightly selective culture medium for the detection of coliform and other enteric microorganisms.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 54.5 g in 980 mL of purified water and 20 mL of anhydrous ethanol.
PREPARATION	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into flasks. Autoclave at 115 ℃ for 20 minutes.

	Beef Extract	5.0
	Anhydrous Sodium Sulfite	5.0
	Yeast Extract	5.0
	Lactose	10.0
	Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate	3.5
	Basic Fuchsin	1.0
	Agar	15
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2‑25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
