APPLICATION	For the enumeration of sulfite‑reducing bacteria growing under anaerobic conditions.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 47.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
PREPARATION	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute and autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes. Store for use within one week.

	Sodium Metabisulfite	1.0
	Ferric Ammonium Citrate	1.0
	Agar	20.0
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.6±0.1
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2‑25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
