APPLICATION A supplement for the cultivation of bacteria, especially for testing the effectiveness of disinfectants and the selective enrichment of hemolytic streptococci.
PREPARATION Add each vial of TJ053F and TJ054F to 225 mL of Modified Tryptone Soy Broth (mTSB) Base (GF1064F/KL1064F) and mix thoroughly to prepare Modified Tryptone Soy Broth (mTSB).

STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-8 ℃.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
