APPLICATION	Used for isolating and identifying Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, and Vibrio cholerae.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 74.7g in 1 L of purified water. 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Do not overheat or autoclave.
