APPLICATION	For the cultivation and enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 41.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for two minutes to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave. lmmediately cool the medium in the water bath at 44 °C to 47 °C.
	2. Use the medium within 4 h of its preparation.

STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
