DESCRIPTION	Thiosulfate Citrate Bile Salts Sucrose Agar
APPLICATION	Used for selective isolation of pathogenic Vibrio.
PREPARATION	1. Weigh 89 g of the medium.
	2. Dissolve in 1000 ml of distilled water by boiling.
	3. Cool to 45–50°C, and pour into sterile Petri dishes. Note: No autoclaving is required.

	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
