APPLICATION	For the selective separation and culture of osmophilic yeast, especially osmophilic yeast in honey.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 31.6 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Add 200 g of glycerol, mix well, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.
