DESCRIPTION	Eosin-Methylene Blue Agar (EMB)
APPLICATION	For the isolation of Gram-negative enteric bacteria, especially coliforms and fecal coliforms.
PREPARATION	1. Weigh 37.5 g and add 1 L of distilled water or deionized water, stir, heat and boil until completely dissolved. 2. Divide into Erlenmeyer bottles, dissolve fully, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 min. When the culture medium cools to about 50℃, pour into a sterilized plate in a sterile manner, wait for solidification, and set aside.
