APPLICATION	Used for detecting in drinking water and source water by the multiple-tube fermentation technique.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 37.05 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave it at 115 ℃ for 20 minutes and cool to room temperature.

STORAGE	Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use.
