| PREPARATION | 1.Suspend 50.1 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave. | ||
| 3.Cool to 48 ℃-55 ℃, aseptically add 2 vials of supplement (Cat. TJ023F) to every 90 mL of base medium. | ||
