DESCRIPTION Modified Cellobiose Polymyxin B Colistin Agar
APPLICATION For the selective isolation and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio species, including Vibrio vulnificus.
PREPARATION 1.Suspend 50.1 g in 1 L of purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave.
3.Cool to 48 ℃-55 ℃, aseptically add 2 vials of supplement (Cat. TJ023F) to every 90 mL of base medium.

Bromothymol Blue 0.04
Cresol Red 0.04

Final pH (25 ℃) 7.6±0.2
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
