APPLICATION	Used for sterility testing of biological products to detect molds and yeasts.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 42.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Distribute and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

	Peptone	5.0
	Magnesium Sulfate	0.5
	Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate	1.0
	Glucose	20.0
	Yeast Extract Powder	2.0
	Agar	14.0
	Final pH (25℃)	6.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
