APPLICATION	Used to identify bacterial decarBoxylase and dual hydrolase tests.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 9.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Add the required amino acids to achieve a final concentration of 5%, mix well. Adjust the pH so that it is 6.8 after sterilization, dispense into small test tubes, and autoclave at 116 °C for 10 minutes.

	Bromocresol Purple	0.016
	Final pH (25℃)	6.8±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
