APPLICATION	Used for bacterial motility observation and strain preservation.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 22.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Dispense into test tubes. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
COMPOSITION	Ingredients	g/L
	Peptone	10.0
	Beef Extract Powder	3.0
	Agar	4.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
