APPLICATION	For the determination of pyocyanin in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 49.4 g in 1 L of purified water, then add 10 g glycerol.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 115 °C for 20 minutes.

	Peptone	20.0
	Magnesium Chloride	1.4
	Potassium Sulfate	10.0
	Agar	18
	Final pH (25℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
