APPLICATION For the cultivation of yeasts and molds. (CP/EP/USP/ISO)
PREPARATION 1.Suspend 31.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense the medium in 225 mL amount in flasks. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
3.Cool to 50 ℃ below, aseptically add one vial of supplement (Cat. TJ006) to every 225 mL base medium. Mix well.
COMPOSITION Ingredients g/L
Enzymatic digest of casein 20.0
Potassium hydrogen phosphate (anhydrous) 2.0
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (anhydrous) 2.0
Sodium chloride 5
D(+)-Glucose 1
Tween 80 1.5 mL
Final pH (25 ℃) 7.0±0.2
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
