| PREPARATION | 1.Suspend 31.5 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense the medium in 225 mL amount in flasks. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. | ||
| 3.Cool to 50 ℃ below, aseptically add one vial of supplement (Cat. TJ006) to every 225 mL base medium. Mix well. | ||
