APPLICATION For isolating and differentiating lactose-fermenting from lactose-nonfermenting gram-negative enteric bacilli. (ISO)
PREPARATION 1.Suspend 51.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

Lactose 10.0
Bile Salts No.3 1.5
Sodium Chloride 5
Neutral Red 0.03
Crystal Violet 0.001
Agar 15
Final pH (25 ℃) 7.1±0.2
STORAGE Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS 1. NOT for clinical use.
2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
