APPLICATION	Used for enrichment cultures of bile salt-resistant gram-negative bacteria.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 45.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute and heat at 100 °C for 30 minutes, then cool immediately.

	Ox Bile Salt	20.0
	Glucose	5.0
	Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate	2
	Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate	8
	Brilliant Green	0.015
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
