APPLICATION	For detection and isolation of Salmonella species, including S. Typhi and S. Paratyphi.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 34.9 g in 1 L of purified water. 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Do not overheat or autoclave.

STORAGE	Store in a dark place at room temperature before use.
