APPLICATION	Used for verification of Clostridium.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 44.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Distribute and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
	3.If necessary, cool the medium to approximately 50 °C after sterilization and add 20 mg of sterile gentamicin.

	Pancreatic Digest of Heart	3.0
	Yeast Extract Powder	5.0
	Corn Starch	1.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Agar	15
	Final pH (25℃)	7.3±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
