APPLICATION	For the selective isolation of Burkholderia cepacia from onions.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 41.06 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Dispense and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
	3.Cool to approximately 50 °C, add one vial of supplement (Cat. TJ077F) to every 200 ml base medium, mix well.

	Final pH (25℃)	6.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
