DESCRIPTION	Triple Sugar Iron Agar (TSI)
APPLICATION	Used for biochemical identification of Salmonella and other Enterobacteriaceae. (i.e. Gram-negative enterobacteriaceae).
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 63.4g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into test tubes. Autoclave at 115°C for 15 minutes.
	3.Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants with deep butts.

	Sodium Chloride	5
	Ammonium Ferrous Sulfate	0.2
	Sodium Thiosulfate	0.2
	Agar	12
	Phenol Red	0.025
	Final pH (25℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
