APPLICATION	Used for the preliminary identification of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria based on their fermentation reactions to carbohydrates and hydrogen sulfide production test.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 63.4 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribute into test tubes. Autoclave at 115 °C for 15 minutes.
	3.Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants with deep butts.

	Dextrose	1.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Ammonium Ferrous Sulfate	0.2
	Sodium Thiosulfate	0.2
	Agar	12.0
	Phenol Red	0.025
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.3±0.1
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
