APPLICATION	Used for selective enrichment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in pharmaceutical products.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 45.3 g in 1 L of purified water. Add 10 ml of glycerol.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

	Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin	20.0
	Magnesium Chloride	1.4
	Potassium Sulfate	10.0
	Cetrimide	0.3
	Agar	13.6
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
