| PREPARATION | 1.Suspend 57.4 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2.Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder.Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.Cool to 50 °C. | ||
| 3.FB1: aseptically add one set (A+B) of supplement (Cat. TJ049F) to every 225 mL of the base medium. | ||
| 4.FB2: aseptically add one set of supplement (Cat. TJ071F and Cat. TJ072F ) to every 100 mL of the base medium. | ||
