APPLICATION	For selective enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes. (ISO)
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 57.4 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder.Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.Cool to 50 °C.
	3.FB1: aseptically add one set (A+B) of supplement (Cat. TJ049F) to every 225 mL of the base medium.
	4.FB2: aseptically add one set of supplement (Cat. TJ071F and Cat. TJ072F ) to every 100 mL of the base medium.

	Disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate	12.0

	Aesculin	1.0
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
