APPLICATION	For the selective isolation of Salmonella in pharmaceutical products. (CP/EP/USP)
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 55.2 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.DO NOT AUTOCLAVE.

	Lactose monohydrate	7.5
	Sucrose	7.5
	Sodium chloride	5
	Yeast extract	3
	Phenol red	0.08
	Agar	13.5
	Sodium deoxycholate	2.5
	Sodium thiosulfate	6.8
	Ferric ammonium citrate	0.8
	Final pH (25℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
