APPLICATION	For the selective isolation and cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 45.3 g in 1 L of purified water, then add 10 mL glycerol.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
	3.Cool to 50 ℃, add one vial of supplement (Cat. TJ031F) to every 100 mL of base medium. Mix well.

	Peptone	20.0
	Potassium Sulfate	10.0
	Magnesium Chloride	1.4
	Cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB)	0.3
	Agar	13.6
	Final pH (25℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
