APPLICATION	Used for the sterility testing of antibiotics such as streptomycin sulfate.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 23.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 115 °C for 30 minutes.
COMPOSITION	Ingredients	g/L
	Peptone	10.0
	Beef Extract	3.0
	Glucose	5.0
	Sodium Chloride	5.0
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 5 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
