APPLICATION	Used for isolation and differentiation of Candida.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 47.7 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.No need to autoclave.
COMPOSITION	Ingredients	g/L
	Peptone	10.2
	Glucose	20.0
	Agar	15.0
	Chloramphenicol	0.5
	Pigment	2.0
	Final pH (25℃)	5.9±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
