DESCRIPTION Shigella Chromogenic Agar
APPLICATION Used for the selective isolation and preliminary identification of Shigella.
PREPARATION 1. Suspend 52.1g in 970 mL of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder, then allow to cool to approximately 50°C. Do not overheat or autoclave.
