APPLICATION	Used for selective enrichment of Staphylococcus aureus.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 111.0 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Distribute and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

	Peptic Diest of Animal Tissue	5.0
	Beef Extract	1.0
	D-Mannitol	10.0
	Sodium Chloride	75.0
	Agar	15.0
	Phenol red	0.025
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
