Application	Minimal SD Base is a synthetic yeast basal medium that can be supplemented with specific DO Supplements to formulate SD-series auxotrophic selective media.
Preparation	Suspend 26.7g of minimal SD base and 1.3g of DO supplement in 1L of distilled water, sterilize by filtration or autoclaving at 121 ° C for 15 minutes
Principle	Minimal SD Base consists of YNB and dextrose, providing essential growth factors, inorganic salts, an inorganic nitrogen source, and a carbon source. Auxotrophic selection or reporter gene activation is achieved by supplementing with the appropriate DO Supplement.
