APPLICATION	For the isolation of bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria. (CP/EP/USP)
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 41.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2.Heat with frequent agitation , and boil for 1 minute until completely dissolve the powder.DO NOT AUTOCLAVE.

	Sodium Deoxycholate	1.5
	Glucose	10
	Sodium Chloride	5
	Neutral Red	0.03
	Crystal Violet	0.002
	Agar	15
	Final pH (25 ℃)	7.4±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
