APPLICATION	Used for the isolation, enumeration and cultivation of lactic acid bacteria.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 55.2 g in 1 L of purified water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

	Glucose	20.0
	Tween 80	1.0 mL
	Dipotassium Phosphate	2.0
	Sodium Acetate	5.0
	Triammonium Citrate	2
	Magnesium Sulfate	0.1
	Manganese Sulfate	0.05
	Final pH (25 ℃)	6.2±0.2
STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at 2-25 ℃, tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
