| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 67.0 g in 1 L of purified water. | |
| 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into test tubes and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. | ||
| 3. Cool the tubes in a slanted position to form slants with deep butts. | ||
